ABOUT

Amplitude Management Consultancy was formed in 2012 to provide fast solutions for today's business problems. Sarah McCarthy and Andrew Campbell saw a need for expertise as an affordable resource for new businesses. They also wanted to offer their capability and procedural techniques to clients around the country through web-based communications.

Sarah has a background as a high-end Executive Assistant for some of Australia's top corporate and government leaders. After completing her Diploma of Business in 2007, Sarah began working as an Account Manager for a not-for-profit. She was soon promoted to General Manager and led the organisation to a new stage of success through her innovation and communication skills. She decided to start Amplitude in 2012 to share her organisational and change management ideas with other businesses.

When Andrew was a boy, he wanted to be a fireman. Now, as an IT guru, he is putting out "fires" constantly as he guides clients through new technology installations, systems training and project management. He had known Sarah since high school and felt their combination of skills and experience could benefit many businesses around Australia. Andrew is particularly enthusiastic about remote consultancy via web conferencing for clients in regional areas of Australia.
